Velocity ARINC 818 PXIe Card

The GRT Velocity PXIe card is a high-performance ARINC 818 frame grabber and video converter designed for seamless integration into PXIe-based test and development environments. Equipped with dual ARINC 818 ports for receiving (Rx) and transmitting (Tx), this versatile card supports demanding avionics video processing applications.

 

Available Versions:

  • Single-Channel Version – Features dual receivers (A/B selectable) with two mirrored Tx outputs.

  • Dual-Channel Version – Provides two independent Rx-only channels with the same ICD applied to both.

 

With the Velocity XI Configuration Tool, users can load any ARINC 818 ICD onto the card in under a minute. Once configured, the instrument functions as a single-format ARINC 818 solution.

 

The PXIe form factor ensures compatibility with modular PXIe test systems, making it ideal for automated testing and integration. SDKs for Windows and LabVIEW (sold separately) allow for further customization and can be integrated with NI TestStand for automated test execution.
